KungFu Legends: Ready Fight Productions. DIY short films that is entertaining than most of Hollywood Blend-busters.

I reworked and updated my screenplay page. My goal is to finish at least three feature screenplays to pitch to competitions/producers/agents by the end of this year.

As I half expected, I didn't get accepted to Sundance Screenwriters Lab with my Goot Underground script. I was facing against an incredible odd, and I felt my two-page synopsis was not good enough to show the promise I've written in the first five pages of the script. Admittly, the script is nowhere finished because I'm rediscovering it a piece by piece everyday. Regardless of the outcome, I will continue to work on the script because that's what I do.

I pinned the rejection letter on my wall to reminder that I better work harder. I will return to the lab next year with better script, not just to get Sundance recognition, but to discover other fellow writers and find a mentor for this lonely profession, hopefully.

OK, now I'm really, really crossing my finger for the Sundance TV Lab thing..

Addum: I saw the alternate ending and... quite disappointing. It's like one of those bad endings in a game where it just splashes "you died." (as in Resident Evil) series.)

28 DAYS LATER gets an extra ending. This is not an extra in DVD, but at the theaters.

This puts fear my belly because I had the similar idea. My cool idea, by my definition, was that I will have two or three endings for my film and let the viewers duke out who saw the "real" movie. It will be fun to have a seperate DVD release for each story arc associated with each ending, catoring to viewers' preferences: tragic, or happy-ending. Vox Populi may choose the winner judging by the ticket sales or DVD sales and the most watched version becomes THE version of the film.
